AZ40/2 Complete Refurbishment

This is one of our custom-made units that featured a very long cutting chamber.  The unit was sent to us with a broken shaft.  On some older machines, many years of hard work can stress the shaft until a breakage occurs (In our AZ50HD units the shafts have been sized to ensure that breakages do not occur – we have never broken an AZ50HD shaft in 20 years !).

The unit received new shafts and a full overhaul as well as new cutters and was put back into service.
