MG Infeed Shredders

MG Recycling Infeed shredders are an important consideration for maximizing system efficiency.  An Infeed shredder shreds a wide variety of scrap, including electrical cable, radiators, circuit boards, plastic waste, and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals, into consistent-sized pieces ready for the cable separation system to process.  By having consistently sized material output, the system can be dialed in to work at the optimal speed for the material being processed.  MG Recycling offers three infeed shredder models, the TR 600, TR 800, and TR 1200. The selection of shredder size will depend on what is being processed and the throughput required. In general;

The TR 600 is often matched with the Monster EVO or Monster EVO T, MG 150, MG 220, or MG 220 VZT machine.
The TR 800 is suited to the MG 380 VZT
The largest infeed shredder, the TR 1200, is suited to the MG 610 VZT machine.
