Bounce Conveyors
The Brentwood Bounce Conveyor separates paper and plastic film from other materials such as plastic bottles, glass bottles and cans by “rumbling” the round objects down the elevated conveyor.
The action of beaters under the belt throws these objects into the air, at which time they fall down the conveyor. Progressively they move down the conveyor until they drop off the lower end and are delivered to the next process. Paper and plastics remain on the belt and therefore continue up the conveyor and separation is achieved.
