The AZ150W is a 110kW machine with 180mm shafts. The distance between shaft centres is 365mm giving this machine an exceptional ability to grab bulky materials. This machine is used for some of the toughest applications including truck tyres and mattress spring sets.
Overview
The AZ150W is our largest dual shaft shredder—built for the toughest bulky streams. With 110kW (2 × 55kW) installed power, 180mm hex shafts, and 365mm shaft centres, the AZ150W is designed to grab and process bulky, awkward materials that overwhelm smaller shredders. It’s commonly used for demanding duties including MSW, RDF, timber and tyres, and is proven in tough items such as truck tyres and mattresses. Configured with 47 / 70 / 94mm cutters , and supplied with VSD or DOL controls featuring auto reverse and overload protection, the AZ150W is intended as a heavy-duty primary shredder for volume reduction.
